  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups sweetened flaked coconut

Instructions

  • Combine cream of coconut and milk in a food processor or blender; mix thoroughly. Stir in cream and flaked coconut until combined.
  • Pour into the container of an ice cream maker; freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions. Store covered in the freezer.
