Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • paprika, sprinkle
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bell pepper, green, orange and red, diced
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, (seeded or deseeded), diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 2 mangoes, diced
  • 1 can black beans, drain the juice

Instructions

  • Mix salsa ingredients together in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, stir together the dressing ingredients. Then, pour dressing over salsa and mix together.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
