- •⅓ cup olive oil
- •½ teaspoon chili powder
- •paprika, sprinkle
- •1 tablespoon lime juice
- •lime zest
- •1 tablespoon honey
- •2 cloves garlic
- •1 bell pepper, green, orange and red, diced
- •1 red onion, diced
- •1 jalapeño, (seeded or deseeded), diced
- •1 tomato, diced
- •2 mangoes, diced
- •1 can black beans, drain the juice
Instructions
- Mix salsa ingredients together in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, stir together the dressing ingredients. Then, pour dressing over salsa and mix together.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
