- •3 tablespoons cornstarch
- •2 tablespoons soy sauce
- •¼ teaspoon white sugar

- •2 tablespoons cold water
Instructions
- Heat chicken broth in a large pot over medium-high heat; stir in green onions.
- Mix 1/3 cup of cold water, cornstarch, soy sauce, and sugar in a bowl until smooth; stir into broth. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 minute; reduce heat to medium-low.
- Whisk eggs and 2 tablespoons of cold water together in a small bowl with a fork. Drizzle egg, a little at a time, from the fork into hot broth. Remove soup from heat and serve.
