- •1 cup diced English cucumber
- •¼ cup chopped fresh mint
- •¼ cup chopped fresh dill
- •3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- •1 ½ tablespoons red pepper flakes
- •salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine avocados, garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl; mash into a paste using a fork or spoon. Mix in yogurt and sour cream. Stir in cucumber, mint, dill, cilantro, red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
