- •1 cup flour
- •1 tablespoon salt
- •1 tablespoon pepper
- •1 tablespoon garlic powder
- •1 tablespoon onion powder
- •4 large eggs, beaten
- •2 cups potato chips of choice
- •4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- •dipping sauce of choice, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large zip-top bag, combine the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder and shake to incorporate.
- Beat the eggs in a wide, shallow dish.
- Add the potato chips to a separate zip-top bag, then crush into crumbs.
- Place the chicken in the bag of seasoned flour and shake until completely coated, then transfer the chicken to the beaten eggs and turn to coat. Add the chicken to the bag with the crushed potato chips and shake until covered.
- Arrange the chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the tenders are golden brown.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
