  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups grated zucchini
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 9x5-inch loaf pans.
  • Mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda together in a bowl.
  • Beat sugar, oil, and eggs with an electric mixer in a large bowl until well combined. Blend in grated zucchini, followed by sour cream. Mix in dry ingredients until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into the prepared pans.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until a tester inserted into the center of each loaf comes out clean, about 1 1/2 hours.
  • Remove from the oven and cool loaves on a wire rack.
