Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 9x5-inch loaf pans.
- Mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda together in a bowl.
- Beat sugar, oil, and eggs with an electric mixer in a large bowl until well combined. Blend in grated zucchini, followed by sour cream. Mix in dry ingredients until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into the prepared pans.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a tester inserted into the center of each loaf comes out clean, about 1 1/2 hours.
- Remove from the oven and cool loaves on a wire rack.
