  • 1 cup sliced fresh peaches
  • 0.75 cup peeled, cored and sliced apple
  • 0.75 cup peeled, cored and sliced pear
  • 0.5 cup blueberries
  • 0.5 cup pitted and sliced cherries
  • 0.5 cup pitted and sliced plums
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 2-quart baking dish.
  • Arrange peaches, apple, pear, blueberries, cherries, and plums in the prepared baking dish.
  • Whisk sugar, milk, and egg together in a medium bowl. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together into a separate bowl. Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients, then stir in melted butter and vanilla. Pour batter over fruit in the baking dish to cover.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly and lightly browned on top, about 30 minutes. Serve warm.
