  • 2 tablespoons mirin (Japanese sweet wine)
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar

Instructions

  • Combine soy sauce, sake, mirin, and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat; stir until sugar is dissolved. Use immediately, or cool and store in the refrigerator.
