Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon
  • 4 slices bread, toasted
  • mayonnaise, to taste
  • 1 beefsteak tomato, sliced
  • 4 boston lettuces

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Arrange the bacon on the prepared baking sheet and place in the oven. Bake to your desired level of crispiness, 12–15 minutes. Transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
  • On a cutting board, spread a generous layer of mayonnaise over each slice of bread.
  • Layer the sliced tomato, lettuce, and bacon over the mayonnaise on 2 slices of bread. Place the other slices of bread on top. Cut the sandwiches in half on the diagonal.
  • Enjoy!
