Apple Avocado Salad with Tangerine Dressing

- •4 tangerine oranges, juiced
- •2 tablespoons olive oil
- •0.5 medium lemon, juiced
- •1 clove garlic, minced
- •0.5 teaspoon lemon zest
- •salt to taste
- •1 (10 ounce) package baby greens
- •0.5 cup chopped walnuts
- •0.33333334326744 cup crumbled blue cheese
- •0.25 cup chopped red onion
- •2 teaspoons lemon zest
- •1 medium apple - peeled, cored and sliced
- •1 medium avocado - peeled, pitted and diced
Instructions
- Make the dressing: Combine tangerine juice, oil, lemon juice, garlic, lemon zest, and salt in a lidded container. Seal and shake until well combined.
- Make the salad: Toss baby greens, walnuts, blue cheese, onion, and lemon zest together in a large bowl.
- Mix in apple and avocado. Drizzle dressing over top and toss to coat.
