  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a medium-size bowl and whisk to combine.
  • Spoon over salad, or keep covered in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
  • Enjoy!
