- ā¢2 (12 ounce) jars peach preserves
- ā¢1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ā¢1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping
- ā¢2 (8 inch) prepared graham cracker crusts
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese in a large bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar until fully incorporated. Add peach preserves and vanilla; beat until combined. Fold in whipped topping until evenly incorporated and smooth.
- Pour 1/2 of the cream cheese mixture into each graham cracker crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate until set, at least 1 hour.
