Keng’s Kitchen’s All-Purpose Green Spice Marinade

- •2 habanero peppers
- •¼ medium onion
- •1 tablespoon ginger paste
- •3 cloves garlic
- •½ celery stalk
- •2 fresh basils
- •1 sprig fresh parsley
- •1 spring cilantro
- •1 mint
- •1 leek petal
- •¼ cup dried rosemary
- •1 green onion
- •¼ cup vegetable oil
- •¼ cup water
Instructions
- Chop habanero, onion, ginger, garlic, celery, basil, parsley, mint, leeks, cilantro, and green onion into small pieces and pour it into a blender.
- Add the dried rosemary, cooking oil and water into the blender and blend into a puree.
- Use the marinade for your all purpose cooking to add flavor to your meat, fish and stews.
