  • ½ cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Add the cilantro, parsley, garlic, olive oil, lime juice, red pepper flakes, and salt to a mortar and pestle, and crush until a smooth paste forms.
  • Add to your favorite proteins, vegetables, and more!
  • Enjoy!
