Ingredients

  • ¼ cup butter, melted or soften
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ tablespoon cocoa powder, sifted
  • ½ cup pancake mix
  • ⅓ cup dark chocolate, chopped
  • heavy cream, or ready made frosting

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350° F.
  • Cream butter and sugar in a bowl, then add in the eggs and the vanilla extract and whisk until smooth.
  • Add the dark chocolate and the cocoa powder and mix thoroughly. Then, add in the pancake mix and stir.
  • Pour the batter in a lined cupcake tray and make sure it has cupcake liners if you have non use butter or oil before putting the batter.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, then retrieve from the oven and cool.
  • Serve.
