- •¼ cup butter, melted or soften
- •2 tablespoons sugar
- •2 eggs
- •1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- •½ tablespoon cocoa powder, sifted
- •½ cup pancake mix
- •⅓ cup dark chocolate, chopped
- •heavy cream, or ready made frosting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350° F.
- Cream butter and sugar in a bowl, then add in the eggs and the vanilla extract and whisk until smooth.
- Add the dark chocolate and the cocoa powder and mix thoroughly. Then, add in the pancake mix and stir.
- Pour the batter in a lined cupcake tray and make sure it has cupcake liners if you have non use butter or oil before putting the batter.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then retrieve from the oven and cool.
- Serve.
