- •2 quarts boiling beef broth
Instructions
- Grind liver in a food processor until smooth. Blend in bread crumbs, egg, flour, salt, and pepper. Using a wet spoon, drop spoonfuls into boiling broth. Simmer for 25 to 30 minutes.
