Ingredients

  • ¼ cup softened butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ teaspoon McCormick® Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 peaches, cut into quarters and pit discarded
  • 4 slices bread, 3/4 in (2 cm) crusty, lightly toasted tarragon leaves, for garnish, optional
  • flaky sea salt, for garnish

Instructions

  • Mix together butter, honey, McCormick Paprika, and salt until well combined. Set aside.
  • Heat grill pan over high heat. Brush peaches with oil and place peach quarters, flesh-side down, on the pan. Grill until grill marks appear. Turn peaches to grill the other side
  • Spread honey butter on bread. Layer on peaches. Garnish with tarragon leaves and flaky salt.
  • Enjoy!
