  • 6 tart apples - peeled, cored and sliced
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
  • Toss apples with flour, sugar, and salt; place in a 9x9-inch baking dish. Pour in just enough milk to reach the top of the apples, without covering them.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until apples are tender.
