- •1 cup cooked brown rice, cooked

- •1 large egg, scrambled
- •1 tablespoon soy sauce
- •½ tablespoon sesame oil
- •salt, to taste
- •pepper, to taste
- •sesame seed, for garnish
- •sliced green onion, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the garlic, onion, carrot, corn, and peas. Cook until the carrot is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Add the brown rice, chicken, egg, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper to taste, and stir. Cook for another minute, or until everything is heated through.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and green onions.
