- •2 (4 ounce) balls burrata cheese. sliced
- •10 leaves fresh basil
- •1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, or more to taste
- •salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- •½ teaspoon balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Arrange tomato and burrata slices on a platter. Place basil leaves in between and drizzle olive oil over top. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
