- •¼ cup butter, softened
- •1 (1 pound) loaf brioche
- •nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon into the softened butter. Spread cinnamon butter over each slice of brioche.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat. Spray grates with nonstick spray.
- Place each slice of brioche on the grill, buttered-side down. Grill until caramelized, 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer to a serving platter.
