  • 0.5 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 packet artificial sweetener

Instructions

  • Using a blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese, yogurt, lemon juice and artificial sweetener until smooth. Can be kept in refrigerator for up to one week.
