Homemade Crepes

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream, or milk
  • banana, optional
  • nutella, optional

Instructions

  • Whisk the egg, then add milk. Once combined, stir in flour.
  • In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar. Then, add cream to the cream cheese mixture and incorporate.
  • Cook crepes on medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
  • Stuff crepes with cream cheese mixture, Nutella, and chopped bananas.
  • Serve.
