- •0.5 cup white sugar
- •0.25 cup apple cider vinegar
- •2 tablespoons sesame oil
- •2 tablespoons minced onion
- •2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- •2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- •1 teaspoon minced garlic
- •0.5 teaspoon ground paprika
- •1 (12 ounce) bag mixed salad greens
- •1 (8 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
- •0.5 cup grape tomatoes
- •0.5 cup toasted sliced almonds
- •0.25 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- •0.25 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Combine canola oil, sugar, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, onion, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, garlic, and paprika in a jar. Close and shake jar until dressing is well mixed.
- Place salad greens in a large bowl. Pour in half of the dressing; toss to mix. Arrange mandarin oranges, grape tomatoes, almonds, Gorgonzola cheese, and green onions on top.
