Instructions
- Melt butter with oil in a large skillet over medium heat until mixture stops bubbling. (This allows water in the butter to evaporate.) Add garlic; cook and stir until it begins to brown, about 2 minutes. Add spinach; cook and stir until leaves are dark and about 1/4 of their original size, about 5 minutes.
