- •1 onion, chopped into 1-inch pieces
- •½ cup water
- •½ cup butter
- •1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place cube steak, bell pepper, onion, and water in a skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, add butter, and season with salt and pepper. Simmer until cube steak, bell pepper, and onion are tender and most of the water is absorbed, 25 to 30 minutes.
