  • 2 tablespoons crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 stalk green onion, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine butter, Gorgonzola cheese, green onion, garlic, and pepper in a small saucepan over low heat. Warm slowly, shaking the saucepan occasionally, until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy, about 5 minutes.
