  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Sift flour, baking powder, and baking soda together in a large bowl. Make a well in the center and pour in condensed milk, orange juice, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix until well combined, then pour into the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean, 30 to 45 minutes. Let cool to room temperature.
