Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Sift flour, baking powder, and baking soda together in a large bowl. Make a well in the center and pour in condensed milk, orange juice, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix until well combined, then pour into the prepared pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean, 30 to 45 minutes. Let cool to room temperature.
