  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 0.75 cup ketchup
  • 0.25 cup barbeque sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar

Instructions

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir ground beef and onion in the hot skillet until beef is completely browned and onion is softened, about 10 minutes.
  • Stir in ketchup, barbecue sauce, vinegar, mustard, and sugar until incorporated; simmer mixture for 15 minutes.
