- •3 cloves garlic, crushed or to taste
- •0.33333334326744 cup olive oil
- •1.5 medium lemons, juiced
- •salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the cannellini beans, cilantro, garlic, olive oil and lemon juice. Process until smooth, or to your desired consistency. Taste, and season with salt and pepper.
