  • 2 (15 ounce) cans cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 0.33333334326744 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed or to taste
  • 0.33333334326744 cup olive oil
  • 1.5 medium lemons, juiced
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a food processor, combine the cannellini beans, cilantro, garlic, olive oil and lemon juice. Process until smooth, or to your desired consistency. Taste, and season with salt and pepper.
