- •1 avocado, diced
- •0.75 cup watercress

- •0.25 cup rice wine vinegar
- •1 teaspoon white sugar
- •0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
- Combine hearts of palm, mango, avocado, watercress, onion, and cilantro together in a bowl.
