  • 2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 jar salsa, any
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • cumin, to taste

Instructions

  • In a crockpot, add raw chicken, onions, and salsa.
  • Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
  • Shred. Then, season to taste with salt, pepper, and cumin.
  • Serve with tortillas or on hamburger buns.
