- •1 medium onion, chopped
- •salt and pepper, to taste
- •cumin, to taste
Instructions
- In a crockpot, add raw chicken, onions, and salsa.
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
- Shred. Then, season to taste with salt, pepper, and cumin.
- Serve with tortillas or on hamburger buns.
