  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup margarine, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 0.75 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 prepared 8 inch pie crust

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C.)
  • In a large bowl, mix together sugar and margarine. Stir in eggs, vanilla and vinegar. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie shell.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until top is lightly browned, and filling is set.
