- •3 avocados, almost-ripened
- •½ cup sour cream
- •1 bunch fresh cilantro
- •2 tablespoons chicken broth, or veggie broth
- •1 teaspoon tuscan truffle oil
Instructions
- Blend sour cream, broth, and avocado cubes on high until a purée is formed.
- Then, add cilantro leaves and blend on low until cilantro is minced.
- Empty into a medium bowl and drizzle oil on top.
- Serve alongside chips, crackers, or tacos.
