  • 1 packet Sun-Bird Stir Fry Seasoning Mix
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ⅓ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons neutral oil
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 2 cups assorted veggies

Instructions

  • Mix the Sun-Bird Stir Fry Seasoning Mix, soy sauce, and water in a medium bowl and set aside.
  • In a large skillet or wok, heat the oil over medium heat. Then, add the shrimp and cook until pink and firm.
  • Add the veggies and stir.
  • Add seasoning mixture and stir for 1 minute, or until thickened.
  • Serve warm. Enjoy!
