  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Grind pepper flakes, pepper, oregano, rosemary, basil, parsley, garlic powder, garlic, and salt together in a spice or coffee grinder.
  • Sprinkle 2 teaspoons herb mixture onto four small plates. Pour a thin layer of olive oil on top and serve. Store remaining herb mixture in an airtight container.
