  • ¾ pound ground beef
  • 1 cup green lentils, rinsed
  • 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup salsa
  • 1 (16 ounce) package Cheddar cheese, cubed

Instructions

  • Add beef, lentils, kidney beans, salsa, and Cheddar cheese to a small slow cooker, in that order. Cook on Low for 4 to 6 hours or on High for 2 to 4 hours.
