Instructions
- Heat 1/4 inch oil in a large, heavy saucepan to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Working in small batches, fry tortilla wedges in hot oil until crisp, about 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and drain on paper towels. Season warm chips with salt.
