  • 1 (29 ounce) can sweet potatoes
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
  • Mix sweet potatoes and eggs in a mixing bowl with an electric mixer until well combined. Beat in brown sugar, milk, melted butter, lemon juice, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, and salt until smooth. Pour into the prepared dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until hot and golden brown on top, about 30 minutes.
