- •2 large peaches, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices
- •1 tablespoon brown sugar
- •1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- •0.5 cup milk
- •0.5 cup all-purpose flour
- •3 eggs
- •1 drop vanilla extract
- •1 pinch salt
- •1 pinch ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Place butter into a cast iron skillet and place into the oven until melted.
- Gently toss peach slices with brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl until well coated.
- Beat milk, flour, eggs, vanilla, salt, and nutmeg in a bowl until well combined but a little lumpy. Pour batter into the hot skillet and arrange sugared peaches over top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until set in the middle, about 20 minutes.
