  • 2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce, or to taste
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients.
