Instructions
- Gather all ingredients.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Whisk eggs, garlic powder, and onion powder together in a shallow bowl. Place cracker crumbs into a second shallow bowl.
- Dip pork chops into egg mixture, then press in cracker crumbs to coat.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add breaded chops and fry until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Transfer to a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 45 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
