Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
- In a medium bowl, cream together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time, then stir in vanilla. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; stir into creamed mixture. Gently stir in oatmeal, coconut, rice cereal, and chopped peanuts.
- Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove from cookie sheets to cool on wire racks.
