Ingredients

- •1 medium head cabbage, shredded
- •1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- •1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- •1 onion, chopped
- •3 carrots, grated
- •2 stalks celery, chopped
- •1.5 cups cider vinegar
- •1 cup vegetable oil
- •0.5 cup white sugar
- •2 teaspoons dry mustard
- •3 teaspoons dried dill weed
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss together cabbage, red pepper, yellow pepper, onion, carrots and celery. Refrigerate until serving.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, oil, sugar, mustard and dill. Pour over salad and toss to coat just before serving.
