  • 2 cups frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 large Red Delicious apples, cored and diced
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar (Optional)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise, or more to taste

Instructions

  • Combine peas, cheese, apples, sugar, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Fold together gently to mix and dissolve sugar. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
