  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can whole tomatoes, drained
  • 1 medium white onion, quartered
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 jalapeno, stemmed and quartered (or more to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon natural cane sugar, or to taste
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can whole tomatoes, drained

Instructions

  • Place first eight ingredients in Oster® Versa® Performance Blender in order listed. Add remaining can of tomatoes.
  • Select programmed DIP/SALSA setting.
