  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix together tomatoes, cilantro, garlic, and salt and pepper. Mix well, cover, and chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
