Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
- Mix flour and sugar together in a large bowl. Pour in beer and continue to mix, first with a wooden spoon and then with your hands, until well combined; batter will be sticky. Pour into the prepared pan.
