Ingredients

- •3 tablespoons milk
- •1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- •1 tablespoon grated cheese
- •1 paprika, small pinch
- •2 bagels, sliced
- •2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Whisk egg and milk together. Mix in basil, cheese and paprika.
- Dip each slice of bagel in the mixture and cook on a hot pan with butter.
- Serve warm.
