  • 2 russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into eighths
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Place potatoes, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper into a resealable plastic bag. Seal the bag, then shake until potatoes are evenly coated with seasoning. Spread potatoes on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until potatoes are easily pierced with a fork, about 25 minutes.
